Research done at UC-Irvine shows that

easy to do by yourself, so let me help you get started. |

Turn Your Funk into Fun When there is nothing to laugh about, do an "intentional" laugh anyway. Try it for 30 seconds 3x a day to boost the release of natural pleasure chemicals (endorphins) in your body. Really. You'll feel much better and the effects last at least twice as long as you laugh. If you don't believe me, try it right now. Notice how long the smile stays on your face after you finish laughing. "We don't laugh because
we're happy - we're happy because we laugh." "If we can learn to
laugh unconditionally, "You don't stop laughing because you
